Good for the body..

Looking for a quick, healthy recipe that is yummy and full of protein.  Have for dinner and enough leftover for a couple lunches or snacks later in the week - leaves you time for what you really want to be doing. (a tablespoon of barbecue sauce can mix it up one day for lunch)

I have to say that the link you have provided will be a great help for me. My family loves eating different kinds of foods so basically since you have given us a site that has full of recipes, it is no doubt that this will make my family love trying different dishes even more. This is the kind of recipe I was looking for. In the past days I was experiencing muscle weakness, I experience this every morning so, I decided to go to the doctor to have a check up, then after the check up, he found out that I don't have enough protein. When I want to cook delicious and healthy food for my family, I always visit this blog. It has so many recipes that are easy to cook and remedies the dilemma of what to do with left over foods. I find it important to cook healthy meals especially that I have a growing son. Good nutrition is very vital in the growth of an individual. It helps their minds and bodies to develop strongly.
